Australian Mushroom Identification

The thrill of the mushroom hunt is a fantastic reason to get outdoors and with the Summer rains, we are potentially looking at the best Australian mushroom season ever!

This one-hour introductory lecture held in Newtown, Sydney, Australia is hosted by a GPhC licensed pharmacist Mike Bereza. This lecture has been created to teach you how to avoid the most common toxic mushrooms and how to identify the Saffron Milk Cap (Lactarius Deliciosus), the Bolete or Slippery Jack (Suillus Luteus) and the glow in the dark Ghost fungus (Omphalotus nidiformis) and many more.

"I wanted to contact you though and say thank you for the lecture, I really enjoyed it! I get really excited talking about mushrooms so it was nice being in a room with people who are interested in them too. There are so many near my house right now so it inspired me to go on a mushroom hunt today!"
